Elon Musk’s Alleged Texts To Ashley St. Clair Revealed After Influencer Claims She Gave Birth To His 13th Child

Ashley St Clair is demanding that the billionaire take a paternity test.

In her lawsuit against Elon Musk, St Clair has shared alleged text messages between them after claiming she gave birth to his 13th child.

Yesterday (February 22), reports revealed that the author filed two petitions against Musk with the New York Supreme Court on Friday (February 21). The first seeks sole legal custody of what she claims is their five-month-old son, referred to as ‘RSC’, while the second requests that the Twitter CEO undergo a paternity test.

On February 14, St Clair, 26, took to social media to make her claims public, writing: “Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father.”

Musk has yet to make an official statement regarding the claims, but he has seemingly responded to the allegations on Twitter.

St Clair previously stated in an interview that her alleged relationship with Musk began when he “slid” into her DMs. Court documents further assert that the two started a “romantic relationship in or about May 2023” and that they were intimate in January of last year, leading to the alleged conception of RSC, who was born in September 2024.

She also claims that Musk “acknowledged parentage of the child in various written correspondences,” providing two images and alleged text messages between them as evidence.

Following the birth of their alleged child, St Clair sent Musk a photo of her holding the newborn. In response, Musk reportedly asked if they were “all well,” to which she replied: “He is perfect.”

“I look forward to seeing you and him this weekend,” Musk allegedly responded.

In another supposed exchange, Musk mentioned that he was receiving “death threats every day.”

He allegedly wrote: *”I get credible death threats every day. I’m #2 after Trump for assassination. Wake up.

“This is not the time for sentiment at the expense of safety. If I make a mistake on security, R[full name redacted] will never know his father.”*

In another exchange, St Clair reportedly sent Musk a photo of herself with a friend. Musk replied, “Hi cutie,” to which St Clair responded with “Hi” followed by a heart-eyed emoji, then added, “See you soon.”

Musk then allegedly replied: “I want to knock you up again.”

Three months after that exchange, St Clair claims Musk followed up with another message, stating: “Well, we do have a legion of kids to make.”

St Clair’s representative, Brian Glicklich, previously told PEOPLE that she had “made every effort to collaborate with Mr. Musk before taking this step.” Meanwhile, her attorney, Karen B. Rosenthal, detailed in a legal affirmation:

*”This firm has been dealing with Respondent’s lawyer and representative, Alyssa Rower from Rower, LLC, in an attempt to resolve this matter privately.

“The law firm has offices in Manhattan and Westchester, New York. However, his representatives have been nonresponsive in the past to resolve the outstanding issues, and Respondent has indicated that he no longer wishes to resolve issues of custody and support amicably.”*

In her legal filing, St Clair is asking the court to “issue a summons, warrant, or order requiring the Respondent to show cause why the Court should not enter a declaration of paternity, an order of support, and such other and further relief as may be appropriate under the circumstances.”
